1. COVERAGE PERIOD
This service plan is valid for 10 years from the date of vehicle purchase and includes scheduled services up to and including the 9th-year service, as per the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.
2. INCLUDED SERVICES
The plan includes:
- Scheduled maintenance as per the manufacturer’s service schedule
- Oil and filter changes
- Inspections and tune-ups
- Brake checks and fluid top-ups
- Labor costs for included services
3. EXCLUSIONS
This plan does not cover:
- Wear-and-tear items (e.g., tyres, brake pads, wiper blades)
- Accident damage or repairs
- Non-scheduled maintenance or modifications
- Parts not listed in the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule
4. SERVICE INTERVALS
Services must be done at the specified intervals (e.g., every 12 months or 26,000 km / 24 months or 34,000 km, whichever comes first). Missing or delaying a scheduled service may void the plan.
5. AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES
All services must be performed at authorized or approved service centres. Services at unauthorized centres are not covered.
6. TRANSFERABILITY
This plan is not transferrable.
7. CANCELLATION
The plan is non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated.
8. LIMITATIONS
Maximum value of services is limited to the terms in your specific plan document. Additional services outside of coverage will be charged separately.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for presenting the vehicle on time for scheduled services and keeping proper service records.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
